Weather permitting, the venue has lovely outdoor facilities that we are hoping to use. Please consider this with your choice of footwear.

What is the dress code?

Like most weddings we are aiming for somewhere between black-tie optional, and semi-formal.

Can I bring a plus one?

Sadly, as weddings are expensive we have a strict guest list. We’ve thought very carefully about all those invited and look forward to celebrating with those who knows us best.

Are my children invited?

Whilst we love all of our family and friends' children, we have made the decision to have a child free wedding. Although, babies in arms are more than welcome.

Do you have a gift registry?

We are lucky enough to have everything we need for married life, your presence on our special day is all we could ask for. However, if you would like to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.

On the day there will be a place to leave any gifts and cards, but you can also do this via the gifts page.

What time will your wedding reception end?

There is a soft closing at midnight, with everyone leaving the venue by 00:30 am.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We have chosen to have an unplugged ceremony, however photos are welcomed throughout the rest of the day.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Yes! Feel free to share all photos on any social media, please remember to tag us in any photos you post. We will have a shared photo album which can be found on the photos page closer to the day where you can upload all photos for us to see.

Can you suggest places to stay nearby?

There are numerous hotels and Airbnb’s nearby and we’ve compiled a list which can be seen on the accommodation page.

Are the ceremony and reception taking place at the same venue?

Yes, there's no need to worry about getting from one place to another, both the ceremony and reception are taking place at The Holford Estate.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is a hidden gem, and in a rather secretive location but is easy to find. We’ve outlined directions on the venue page on how to arrive via car, and public transport.
